Remember o Child the days gone
When black birds reigned
Cawing at your every move
Confusion had become your best friend
You would have become unbalanced
Crazy
Had it not been for the sparse rays
of light
of life
of hope
Remember o Child those dark days
Remember well
Because it was in that time
The time when you had no hope
That my son burst forth
Holding back your tormentors
Defending your exhausted limp
Carcass
As if…as if it were his only child
Remember my child that it was in that time
In the lonely decrepit darkness
When all your strength was drained
That a savior came
And filled you up
Turning your darkness into day
Turning your death into life
Remember my Child
Remember my saving power
My unending strength
My light
Remember because the Dark Crows will caw once more
The day will again turn to night
Times will soon become hard
And it is during those times that…
I need you to become…
my little light
so that I can show others
light
life
and hope…
my saving power
My unending strength
And my light…
that I freely offer
remember, remember, remember
my child
the light that I freely offer…
Isaiah 12.2
Surely God is my salvation;
I will trust and not be afraid.
The LORD, the LORD, is my strength and my song;
he has become my salvation.
