As embers fly bye

little embers spawned from the Burning Flame above
as they fly....bye
I shout for joy because I knew them
I knew them well
they were my brothers and sisters
they are my brothers and sisters

little embers I knew you for a short time
too short it seemed to me
you sparked my ember into a deeper reality
my tiny smolder became a little ember
thanks to you

it grew and is maturing
deeper and deeper it grows almost daily
all because of your sparks
so please as you fly bye
fly away with my gratitude
fly away with my thanks
fly away with my blessing
and fly away with the knowledge of your potent influence
in my life
in my heart
and in my walk

fly away dear embers fly away
you will be dearly missed
and you are dearly loved my brothers and sisters
fly away

as embers fly bye
I am hit bye the bittersweet symphony
your presence will no longer be there
your presence will no longer be in town

but that your presence will be there
in your new home

your presence will be there making a new impact
creating new sparks
fostering the little embers

the ones that follow the Bright and Glorious Flame
like they were your children

You will be doing the Great Flame's Work over there!
